• Represent the region globally to drive stronger collaboration and best practice sharing

Minimum 5 years marketing experience in a leadership position, preferably B2B
• Proven success in leading and developing a team. The candidate will be an inspiring, energetic leader who leads by example. S/he will connect well with people, set high standards for performance and inspire others to work as a team and perform at their best
• Focused on delivering results; highly accountable and motivates the team to deliver on both strategy & short term results
• Is a collaborator at heart that works well with people both horizontally and vertically with the aim of making strong decisions for the business
• Strong customer focus with experience leading the implementation of a customer experience programme
• Strong digital understanding. Knows opportunities in digital well and has experience in leading a digital agenda
• Fluency in English
• Travel required across Central Eastern Europe

Powder Coating Production Specialist

Reporting to: Plant Manager

Key responsibilities of the role:
 Develop our powder coating process to be capable of consistently delivering high volume production on time in full to the right quality standard.
 Implement a right first time approach with zero tolerance to all customer perceived warranty issues.
 Monitor and manage manufacturing variances daily, weekly and monthly. Focus on timely confirmations, stock management, labour management, Bom accuracy and cost out projects.
 Train, coach and motivate the team to maximise production performance focusing on quality, scrap, line speed, utilisation and labour management.
 Ensure the team have the resources to run the line and remove all potential roadblocks that may prevent them from doing their job.
 Continually work on cost reduction and process improvement projects.
 Report accurately on line performance against agreed KPI’s.
 Ensure all SOP’s and risk assessments are complied with.
 Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
 Constantly monitor the line performance by:
 Walking the line
 Verifying that equipment is operating within the specified limits
 Verifying that checks are being carried out
 Verifying that the product quality is in tolerance.

Key skills and experience:
 Minimum 5 year experience in managing a high volume powder coating production facility with a proven track record of success.
 Relevant technical and or management third level qualification.
 Proven ability to implement continuous improvement and cost out projects.
 Highly motivated and results orientated and able to express and communicate a vision and set goals for individuals to aspire to.
 Above all the person needs to demonstrate leadership, be highly visible to all employees and be able to motivate and manage people with varying skill levels and relish the challenge of working in a rapidly growing and demanding manufacturing environment.
 As with most continuous 24-hour operations the individual should be aware that they could be called upon, out of normal hours, to attend site and provide support and guidance in the event of problems.

Plant Operations Manager

Reporting to:
Managing Director.

Responsible for:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for;
– Day to day running of 3 individual on-site manufacturing units manufacturing steel based
products
– Production planning / scheduling

Main objectives

Skills and experience required
 Significant and demonstrated experience in mechanical engineering.
 Demonstrated experience managing projects through their full life cycle
 Initiate and develop Capital Expenditure justifications
 Ability to read, analyse, interpret and generate 2D & 3D engineering drawings.
 Very hands on with excellent organisational, planning and time management skills
 Ability to use judgment and make decisions in ambiguous and complex situations
 Hands-on leadership with a focus on all aspects of Lean/WCM Standards
 Focus on H&S and ensuring there no compromise in this area
 Working in an international environment so clear concise communication is essential
 Ownership of projects and their delivery
 Flexibility and travel are key components of the role
 English skills are a prerequisite for the role
 3+ years in a Project Lead role
