Sales Executive Poland – Agri/Horticultural area

OBJECTIVE OF ROLE:

To establish, promote & drive sales revenue for the company in line with group policies, principles & processes. To establish transformation business partnership relationships with our customers.

REPORTING TO:  Global Sales & Marketing Director

Responsibilities

  1. Compile market overview

 

  1. Identify market size by sector, number & average size of farms, number & type of sprayers
  2. Identify key customer channels, size, number & average size of business, business type, number & type of sprayers
  3. Identify customer sophistication level & service requirements
  4. Identify customer key decision making & key decision makers
  5. Identify key competitors
  6. Identify key regulatory issues / requirements

2. Develop & execute sales strategy & sales activation plan

  1. Create / acquire customer database & segmentation model
  2. Identify key success / sales drivers
  3. Develop a sales journey, installation & service plan
  4. Implement sales plan using company sales toolkits
  5. Co-ordinate product delivery & installation with group Head Office customer services manager & installation team
  6. Develop excellent customer & commercial partner relationships
  7. Manage customer complaints
  8. Monthly sales forecasting, reporting, performance review & administration

3. Promotion & Marketing

  1. Create / acquire customer database & segmentation model
  2. Co-ordination & management of trade events
  3. Co-ordination & management of all public relation events
  4. Distribution of company approved sales & marketing materials
  5. External stakeholder communication & influence

KPI

  1. Sales revenue
  2. Customer service level
  3. Customer relations

Remuneration

We offer a very attractive remuneration package with a very competitive Base salary combined with a very generous Car allowance and an excellent commission capability too. Initially working from home office and extensive travel is a must.

EXPERIENCE:

A minimum of 3-5 years sales experience in the arable & horticulture sector.

Location: Home-office, preferably living in North of Poland
