You agree that Company’s entire liability, and your exclusive remedy, with respect to any services(s) provided under this Agreement and any breach of this Agreement is solely limited to the amount you have paid for such service(s) used on this website.

This does not cover recruitment consulting fees which form part of the individual contract between the client and Headcount Solutions Sp z o.o.

Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use any of its services or for the cost of procurement of substitute services. Continued use of the site, products or services from Headcount Solutions will mean you have accepted the terms as outlined in this clause and the complete terms of service and privacy policy documents
