Experience & Skills
 Minimum 5 years marketing experience in a leadership position, preferably B2B
 Proven success in leading and developing a team. The candidate will be an inspiring, energetic and fully involved leader who leads by example. S/he will connect well with people, set high standards for performance and inspire others to work as a team and perform at their best
 Focused on delivering results; highly accountable and motivates the team to deliver on both strategy & short-term results
 Is a collaborator at heart that works well with people both horizontally and vertically with the aim of making strong decisions for the business
 Strong customer focus with experience leading the implementation of a customer experience programme
 Strong digital understanding. Knows opportunities in digital well and has experience in leading a digital agenda
 Fluency in English is essential
 Travel required across Central Eastern Europe is a key requirement

Due to continue growth and expansion, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced strategic marketing leader to join as the Head of Marketing for our business in Central Eastern Europe and Russia (CEER).

To make an impact you will be self-starting, brave and curious in order to develop a deep understanding of our customers, the business and the strategic drivers in diverse market environments.

Strong Focus on People and Team Development
 Establish and lead a high performing cross-cultural marketing team
 Engage, collaborate and advise senior management teams
Drive the Marketing Strategy and Implementation
 Steer development of the marketing strategy, building on the global and regional direction
 Create an agile marketing culture that acts on insights and responds fast to changing market dynamics
 Lead and drive the customer experience programme
 Collaborate and drive the development of the global website platform to add value to customers and other stakeholders
 Define short and long-term ROI measures and take responsibility for delivery and evaluation of ROI on marketing activities. Be part of the Leadership
 Member of the divisional Leadership Team, involved in setting the Business Unit strategy and driving the people agenda
 Represent the region globally to drive stronger collaboration and best practice sharing

Anybody based in CEE countries. Travel is required.
