Senior Business Process Manager /Process Improvement Lead – Finance Europe

Qualifications&Language knowledge
 Qualified Accountant and/or Finance background (University education level)
 Previous finance leadership / senior controlling role experience, preferable in an international environment
 Project/change management experience, previous experince with an ERP roll out would be a key advantage
 Knowledge of German language written and spoken is preferable due to very close cooperation with teams based in Germany, very good English language knowledge essential.

Role overview
Contract: Permanent
Location Initial: WAW with significant on-site presence in Germany (Bad Salzuflen sites)
Reports to: Regional Finance Director, dotted line to Business unit Managing director
Future role opportunities: Regional Ad hoc projects, Business development related tasks
Key responsibilities
 Process & team
o Document current key existing Finance processes, identify gaps &bottlenecks
and propose improvements in line with Regional/Divisional policies. Establish
solutions feasible for the upcoming ERP roll out implementation in the area of
Finance and Master data Governance (AR, AP, GL)
o Establish key controls, business & finance ownership, ongoing communication
between local controlling teams and core finance teams based in Warsaw,
seeking e􀆯iciencies in SOPs
o As a key Finance stakeholder, work closely with the ERP implementation team in
preparation but also implementation process, oversee operations finance,
commercial finance topics as well as master data and remediate control
deficiencies.
o Standardize reporting packs and KPI dashboards for local and regional
stakeholders.
 Systems & data
o Ensure efective use reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) to support key business
management areas
o Review currently used workflows, Dashboards and re-assure bridge and
reconciliation process to financial reporting and key controls
