Main Purpose of the Role:
The Project Engineer will work as a member of the engineering team to meet business objectives by designing, specifying, installing, commissioning, troubleshooting, improving plant and equipment as required within agreed timescales and costs. Projects will range from small continuous improvement projects to large capital projects.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Engineering Team: The Project Engineer will form a key part of the engineering projects team reporting directly to the Divisional Engineering Projects Leader. The Project Engineer’s responsibility on specific projects will vary from the role of Project Manager with responsibility for all aspects of a project to team member with responsibility for a specific part of a project, dependent on the nature of the project. The Project Engineer can expect to work on a range of projects from small continuous improvement tasks to large capital projects which could cover a range of technologies, including those which are outside the scope of their previous education and training.
2. Project Management: In order to manage projects effectively and ensure they are delivered within the agreed timescales and costs the Project Engineer is responsible for, or expected to assist the Divisional Engineering Director with, the following: Project planning; Project resources; Control of contractors; Cost estimating; Cost tracking.
3. Scoping & Specification: The Project Engineer will be responsible for agreeing the scope & specification of projects with the relevant stakeholders. Scoping & specification may include, but is not limited to: Agreeing project scope and objectives; Agreeing time scales and budgets; Developing technical aspects of projects; Developing New Technologies; Agreeing safety strategy & measures; Ensuring compliance with companies Health, Safety & Environmental policies; Ensuring compliance with conditions set out by the local authority and Environmental agency permits & licenses; Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
4. Project Documentation & Maintenance Handover: The Project Engineer is expected to work with the Maintenance & Production Departments during installation, commissioning & handover of new plant & equipment. This will include but is not limited to: Provision of Manuals & Drawings of new plant & equipment; Provision of Training to operators and/or maintenance engineers; Creation of maintenance procedures; Creation of safe working procedures; Provision of relevant software back-ups; Creation of relevant spares lists/stocks; Those documents necessary to effectively manage a project as outlined in section 2.
5. Post Implementation Project Reviews: The Project Engineer is responsible for working with the Engineering Manager to complete a post implementation review. As such the Project Engineer may be expected to complete testing, monitoring or analysis to determine whether or not key objectives have been met.
6. Project Health & Safety: The Project Engineer has a responsibility and a duty to manage health & safety at all stages of a project from conception, through installation & commissioning into operation and must ensure compliance with the groups Health & Safety policies at all times. The level of responsibility on any given project will be in line with the scope of their responsibility on that project.
7. During Design & Specification this responsibility includes, but is not limited to: Safe Access; Environmental Considerations; Safety Control Systems; Safe Operation; Safe Maintenance; Safe Installation; Selection of Contractors; HAZOP or similar safety studies.
8. During Installation this responsibility includes, but is not limited to: Control of Contractors; Approval of Method Statements & Risk Assessments; Completion of Risk Assessments; Agreeing Safe Working Procedures; Issuing of Work Permits; Review of Contractor Performance; Accident Reporting & Investigation;

9. During Commissioning & Handover this responsibility includes, but is not limited to: Commissioning Checks.; Testing of Safety Systems; Safe start-up procedures; Operator Training where appropriate; Completion of pre-production risk assessment corrective actions.
10. 11. Flexibility & Team Approach: The Project Engineer will form part of the engineering and operations teams. They will be expected to have a team-based approach, a willingness to help others and a flexible approach to working hours as from time to time it will be necessary to work at weekends.
12. Plant Reliability & Production Needs: The Project Engineer forms part of the engineering team and will from time to time be expected to work with the Maintenance Department and/or Production to resolve safety, reliability, performance or continuous improvement issues on existing plant & equipment or in connection with production related issues. This may occasionally include ‘out of hours’ support or call outs.
13. Environmental Issues: The Project Engineer is responsible for working with the Engineering Manager to ensure environmental legislation and the groups environmental policies are complied with at all times and throughout all stages of a Projects lifetime.
14. Managing & Developing Self: The Project Engineer is responsible for monitoring personal performance and following a program of personal development including, but not limited to: Using own time effectively; Being self-disciplined and self-motivated; Taking responsibility for own actions; Being approachable & receptive to constructive advice; Delegating tasks to suitable individuals; Leading by example.; Identifying personal training and development needs; Setting challenging personal goals.
15. Supervision, Training & Development of Engineering Team: The Divisional Project Engineer is expected to work with the Divisional Engineering Projects Leader as required to ensure best use of available resources to provide effective & efficient support to the production teams. Where appropriate this may include: Providing active & encouraging leadership; Promoting the divisional management philosophy by building mutual trust & respect; Promote openness; Participate in and/or conduct regular performance appraisals and identify appropriate training and development for members of the Engineering team; Provide appropriate motivation to individuals and the project team; Aid the Divisional Engineering Projects Leader to make effective recruitment & promotion decisions.
16. Monitor performance improvements sharing & promoting best practices; Ensuring compliance with the company’s relevant ISO standards for Health & Safety, Environmental Issues and Quality; Working with the Maintenance Manager to act as Mentors to apprentices within the apprentice scheme to develop them through instruction, training & coaching.
17. Travel & other Sites: The majority of projects will be at different sites within the group which will mean prolonged periods of travel.
18. Protection of Technological & Confidential Information: The Project Engineer has a responsibility to ensure technological know-how and confidential information is treated with great care at all times and is not allowed to fall into the hands of suppliers or competitors who may benefit from it.
19. New & Current Technology: The Project Engineer is expected to keep up to date with new & current technologies that have the potential to add value to the business.
20. Other Reasonable Duties
As a member of the Regional or Site Compliance Teams, in addition to your regular duties, you will need to:
• Monitor and measure compliance performance, across all Teams and Processes, using the relevant tools, systems and spreadsheets;

Main Purpose of the Role:
The role of Business Analyst – SAP BAU PP/QM is responsible for helping support all company’s applications, systems and users.
This role is based at both Denmark and/or Katowice,Poland but will be required to travel to our remote sites worldwide.
Whilst the role is mainly Business As Usual and small projects, from time to time the role includes participation in SAP roll outs to new business acquisitions around the world. The postholder is required to travel to our remote sites worldwide.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
Responsible to the Operations Director for running of the quality systems, product quality and product audits throughout the division in 7 different countries. Manage customer complaints and warranties.

Specific Areas of responsibility:
• Establish and maintain the companies’ quality system throughout the divisional plants. ISO 9001 – 14001 – 45001 are well established in the main production sites, but require to rolled out to all 29 sites in the Division. New standards on the horizon that will be implemented are ISO 50001 – 37301.
• Our products are applied on buildings and are externally surveyed to deliver performance against several specific European product norms as EN14509 &EN1090. These are translated as well into audit and accreditation of country specific institutes from France, Germany, Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Romania and UK. Your task is to facilitate these 3rd party product requirements and follow up on audit findings.
• Business project leader in the selection, configuration and implementation of a new document management system software package throughout the division.
• Contribute in the management of change process. Maintain the process of Goods inwards QC, supplies specifications and its changes and vendor rating system.
• Manage the process of customer complaints in a timely manner to the satisfaction of both the customer and the company. Provide monthly reporting on complaints and warranties.
• Do root and branch analysis of product deviations making use of all process- and laboratory data as well as automated broadcasted statistics.

Your collaborators:
• You run the quality team based in the Divisional HQ in Western Flanders area and existing team of 2 claim engineers and 1 quality engineer.
• You work together with the Chemical Manager who is in charge of the laboratory and chemical process management.
• You work together with the Compliance Manager to flag and resolve deviations.
• Give guidance to the local quality managers in France, Germany, Holland, Poland and Romania throughout the different sites to implement ISO standards, processes, product and reporting. This will require about 20% of your time to travel.

  • Located in Wroclaw office, you will be responsible for developing the RTR team, transform current RTR processes realised in various EMEA locations and transition them to Wrocław. The position will be also responsible for controlling cost and compliance to Polish statutory and tax regulations. This is a key finance leadership role.Reporting to the SSC Director, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders such as EMEA Finance, IT and business leadership, the abroad based headquarters finance team, auditors, and governmental authorities. Key responsibilities (to name a few):
  • Manages the RTR department activities. This encompasses the supervision and control of all GL and FA activities – Month End Close activities and fixed asset accounting – for a number of entities in EMEA countries.

W przypadku wątpliwości związanych z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych, każda osoba może zwrócić się do administratorów o udzielenie informacji. Niezależnie od powyższego, każdemu przysługuje prawo wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego. Dane nie będą podlegać zautomatyzowanemu podejmowaniu decyzji, w tym profilowaniu. Personal data shall be processed based on art. 6 section 1 letter a) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), for the purpose of recruitment process. Consent for processing of personal data can be withdrawn at any time. Such withdrawal does not affect lawfulness of its prior processing. Controller does not reveal or transfer personal data to a third country/ an international organization.
