Several years’ experience in construction projects, having held an Mechanical lead position previously.

Your responsibilities
•Managing the design of Mechanical systems from RIBA 3 to 5.
•Working closely with a team of project planners to develop a sophisticated program to allow better tracking of installation through to commissioning.
•Managing the procurement of Mechanical packages, including setting cost, scope and time targets.
•Reviewing tender returns and levelling in line with project objectives.
•Uphold exceptional standards for health and safety across the construction site.
•Develop the project team and assign individual operational responsibilities.
•Support operationally with the commissioning phase of the project.
•Train and assist staff with their own professional development.
•Project accounting functions including managing the budget through construction, whilst minimizing exposure and risk.
•Co-ordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, including but not limited to architects, consultants and sub-contractors.
•Monitor the progress of the construction activities on a regular basis and hold regular status meetings with all the sub-teams.
•Maintain strict adherence to and uphold all quality and environmental standards.
•Ensure that the use and regular maintenance of the Project Control System (PCS).
•Serve as a key link with the client and review all deliverables prepared by the team before passing onto clients.
