Associate Director/Senior Consultant, Capital Markets

Our client is a leading diverse company with a highly successful Real Estate Division and it is formed of six business lines covering the entire property lifecycle: Property Development, Transaction, Consulting, Valuation,
Property Management and Investment Management. As regards the CEE Region, we provide services in respect of Capital Markets, Property Management, Transaction, Consulting and Valuation. Furthermore, all departments are supported by the Research Team, which provides knowledge regarding real estate markets, thus enabling our extensive list of clients to make the most suitable longterm business decisions. Our comprehensive services cover all property types including offices, industrial & logistics and retail.   •  Provide professional real estate advisory services to the clients, with particular emphasis on investments on the retail, office and industrial & logistics market.
  • Support and contribute the Company`s strategic initiative in developing the business and any crossselling initiative between the several departments of the Company.
  •  Support due diligence and closing process for complex financing transactions.
  •  Manage or contribute to initial discussions, preparation of tender documents, delivering pitches/presentations and conducting negotiations
  • Assist in valuations relevant to investment solutions.

  •  An effective experience of 4 years minimum in the investment/financing field in real estate sector
  • Excellent communication skills with client and internally with other departments
  •  Experience in complex project management (property investment/financing preferably)
  • Can-do, highly motivated and goal-oriented attitude
  • Confident with clients and able to present well in meetings
  • Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  •  Negotiation, teamwork and networking skills
  •  Excellent written and spoken English language skills
  • Advanced Excel and Power Point knowledge
