Office Assistant/Office Coordinator

For our Client, a boutique advisory services company, we are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic candidate for its office in Wilanów. 

 The role requires independent person with good organizational skills.

 Key Requirements/ Qualifications

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent written and verbal English is a must.

  • Excellent organisational skills, flexibility, and ability to multitask;
  • Ability to work independently, effectively under pressure;
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills with a positive helpful attitude;
  • Accuracy and attention to detail whilst working to meet strict deadlines;
  • Complete understanding of confidentiality issues and use of discretion;
  • Reliable, trustworthy and respected.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Extensive calendar management, coordinating schedules, internal and external calls and meetings;
  • Business assistance including formatting and working on documents, spreadsheets and presentations;
  • General duties including settlement of business expenses.
