Job Overview:

Based in the south eastern part of western Flanders, The Operations Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of day-to-day operations. This position involves planning, directing, and coordinating operational activities to meet organisational goals, improve productivity, and maintain high standards of quality across all functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies and processes to achieve organizational objectives.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and optimize efficiency.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial planning for operational activities.
• Coordinate and supervise teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Ensure timely delivery of products or services while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and Sales, to align operations with overall business strategy.
• Implement and oversee supply chain management and logistics.
• Address and resolve operational challenges and bottlenecks to ensure smooth workflows.
• Reports to the Managing Director
